    • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. Reporting Issues
    • To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at:
    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Resolution
    • Once we receive your report, we will evaluate the issue and offer one of the following resolutions:
      • Replacement of the damaged or defective item
      • Refund to your original payment method

3. Incorrect Orders

  2. Resolution
    • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost. If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
