Delivery Areas
- Malta: We offer 48hrs delivery across Malta with no additional charges, on Mon-Fri.
- Gozo: Deliveries to Gozo are not currently available at the moment and we are working hard on it.
Delivery Charges
- Malta: Free delivery for all orders.
- International Wholesale Transport: is subject to order quantity.
Delivery Methods
- We use our own delivery fleet to ensure the quality and speed of our service. This allows us to maintain high standards in the handling and transportation of our products.
Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated Delivery Time: While we provide an estimated delivery time, please note that traffic conditions in Malta can affect our ability to guarantee exact delivery times.
- Daily Processing: Orders placed will be processed within 48hrs
Special Instructions
- We prefer that the ordering person or a family member be present to receive the delivery. This helps us maintain the quality and ensures that your order is handed over directly.
Delivery Notifications
- Customers will receive a call approximately 30 minutes before the delivery arrives to ensure a smooth and timely handover.
Handling of Perishable Items
- We take special care to ensure the quality and safety of our frozen products during delivery. Our fleet is equipped to handle perishable items, and we strive to minimize any delays that could affect the quality of our products.
Delivery Issues
- Please visit our Refunds and Returns page for any delivery issues, such as missing items or damaged products.
Missed Deliveries
- If customers are not present at the given address, our courier will wait for approximately 10 minutes before proceeding to the next delivery. We will attempt to deliver again the next day. If the customer is not present during the second delivery attempt, we reserve the right to withdraw the order, and no refunds will be provided due to the time and effort spent on delivery.
